Coming from Portland International Airport through public transportation is as convenient as it is inexpensive. All you have to do is get into the MAX Red Line at the airport bound for Rose Quarter Transit Center, then just transfer to the MAX Yellow Line going North (to Expo Center) and alight at N Prescott St station, exactly next to the motor inn. The motel's main advantage for motorists is that it has free on-site parking so you can leave your car and then use public transport to avoid all that hassle and extreme expense of parking downtown.
